I am an advanced Rolf Method of Structural Integration Practitioner with 10 years of experience in helping people to feel more comfortable in their body.
I have worked in USA, Netherlands, Italy, and I am now practicing in amazing Canary island of Tenerife, Spain.
I offer Structural Integration, a technique that combines connective tissue (fascia) manipulation and movement education. This technique improves posture and to reduces pain & discomfort trough a transformative change in the body balance, alignment, a proprioception.
Structural Integration aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body and consequentially in your mind.
I also offer sport Chiromassage based on myofascial release therapy, which helps body & mind to heal from many conditions such as muscle tension, joint pains, neck & shoulders stiffness, stress, and insomnia.
Sessions
Structural Integration is an holistic method of hands-on physical manipulation and movement education that realign and balance the body’s structure.
Sport Chiromassage is focused more on a specific problem and is personalized according to the client’s unique needs.
